The home built plane crash resulted in four critical injuries and one death, authorities report.

One witness recounts seeing the small plane flying loudly overhead, only 10 feet above him. In seconds, the plane crashed into the 11th hole on north end of the course. On impacting the ground, the plane flipped before stopping on a slope. The plane crash took place at around 1 p.m. in the afternoon.

The plane contained five occupants at the time it crashed. Two of the occupants were adults, the other three children – a family of 5. One of the adults, a woman, was killed. A man and three children were escorted to the hospital with critical injuries.

Authorities gave linked the cause of the crash to a door that fell from the home built plane while it was en route to Fullerton Municipal Airport.

The teenager was making a left turn into traffic when she was hit by the pickup truck.

The truck accident took place at one of Escondido’s busy intersections, at Escondido Boulevard and Center City Parkway. The teenage girl was headed westbound and made the turn onto Center City Parkway, and was then hit by a truck coming from the opposite direction. The time of the accident was around 9 p.m., authorities reported.

The car driven by the teenager contained one passenger, a 16-year-old male, who was injured but survived the crash. The driver of the pickup truck, who is 37, was also injured in the accident.

The car accident took place around 1:00 in the morning on Friday, on the north side of the city.

The crash involved either two or three vehicles, according to conflicting reports. The vehicles were driving on Skyline Truck Trail when they crashed into one another, near the intersection with Hidden Trail Drive. As of yet, none of the drivers have been determined to be at fault.

The true cause of the accident, perhaps, was a coyote that ventured onto the road. One of the drivers claims to have swerved from his lane to avoid hitting a coyote, causing the car behind him to forcefully apply his brakes and hit a third car.

The driver who slammed his brakes was ejected from his vehicle, but died before paramedics arrived at the scene. It is unknown if other injuries were involved in the Jamul car accident.

The crash and initial fire took place at around 2 p.m. on Thursday afternoon, but continued for several hours, eventually engulfing around 10 acres.

The man, Richard Dennis Fox of Spring Valley, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash on Saturday. According to reports, 22-year-old Fox was traveling north on I-5 on a Yamaha R6 when he lost control of his motorcycle, swerving through adjacent lanes into the offramp at Clairemont Drive. After landing in the offramp, Fox struck the guardrail, flying from his bike motorcycle upon the impact. At around 1:45, firefighters responded to the scene of a reported car accident at Rambla de los Flores and Calle Chapparo.
