A bicycle accident in Costa Mesa left a boy hurt after a collision with a motor vehicle.,  The  12-year-old boy was riding westbound on Dallas Street when a car  heading northbound  on San Angelo Avenue   struck him at  around 3:45 p.m. Thursday.
