Four people were injured when a crash took place on Interstate 8 in San Diego on Wednesday. The injured include one adult and three children, all of whom were transported to a hospital just after the crash.
The San Diego rollover crash took place during the afternoon, at the off-ramp of Fairmont Avenue-Mission Gorge. As the vehicle, an SUV, traveled through the off ramp, it crashed and flipped. It landed upside down and stayed that way until emergency crews arrived at the scene of the car accident.
When it flipped, the SUV left four people trapped within. All four were extricated from the vehicle and taken to hospital. In addition, the accident closed the off-ramp for two hours of the day.
