Personal injury lawyers know that when it comes to solo car accidents people automatically assume driver error is to blame. While this can be the case there are other things that can cause such a collision. For example, unmarked hazards, faulty road design or obstructions can catch a driver unawares and cause them to wreck. Defective auto parts can also cause an issue and make the car difficult to control. In such a scenario an accident would be difficult to avoid.
After you have been involved in a solo car accident be sure to ascertain if something like a car malfunction or outside force could have caused the collision.
