Police Chase Turns Into A Car Accident

Two suspects involved into a pursuit have been taken into custody after crashing into a another car, causing their own capture by the police and their eventual demise. At around 3:15 in the afternoon, the suspects presented a stolen check to a merchant on East Mission. The two were later spotted speeding from the parking lot in a stolen car, after which police made attempts to pull them over.
Using the car as a getaway, the two men proceeded down the road towards El Norte Parkway, despite the police’s efforts to stop the. During their progression, they faced traffic and actually collided with two cars in the process. Later on, the driver of the stolen car, Michael Averett, crashed into another car, leaving the two suspects in a car accident at at the mercy of police. A police car, at this point, pinned the vehicle into the area where it had landed. Driver Michael Averett was arrested alongside passenger Brooklyn Fisher, both of Escondido, based on the suspicion of several felonies.
