An ambulance as called and paramedics rushed the child to a Children hospital in Linda Vista. His condition was not know at press time.
After serious personal injury happens to a child an entire community grieves with the parents. If the car accident occurred due to preventable negligence of a car driver’s part, it increases the tragedy. Should the unthinkable happen however, the parents of an injured child can take a careless motorist to court via personal injury litigation. Not only can the parents be compensated for their child’s pain and suffering, they can also obtain justice by holding the guilty accountable for their actions.
