Trapped Person Rescued From Cliff In Encinitas

The search for a second person that may have fallen onto a cliff is ongoing after two people apparently fell, according to reports. Deputies of the San Diego County Police reported to the accident after receiving complaints about intoxicated people at the Pacific Panorama Apartments in Encinitas, at around 5:30 in the morning. When police made it to the scene, they found a man already climbing down a nearby cliff, located past a gate at the apartment. It took some time to rescue the man, who was finally taken up just after 7 am. Officials have not provided any information about possible arrests that may occur in the accident.
