Swat Team Surround Barricaded Arson Suspect

SWAT was called into the Loz Feliz area in response to a man who was suspected of setting several fires in LA. The wanted man was reported to have barricaded himself in his home, which was surrounded by authorities. He was considered to be armed and dangerous so officials were briefed to proceed with caution. Officers were looking into a completely unrelated event when one of them recognized the suspect from an earlier bulletin. The man fled into a building at the 5400 Block of Russell Street and holed up.
If the man in question is indeed responsible for setting fires, he may not only be brought up on criminal charges but on civil ones as well. The ante could be upped if property damage was extensive or someone was killed in the fires.
