San Diego Construction Accident Injures Worker

A construction accident in San Diego required the aid of the San Diego Fire Department in rescuing a fallen man. For nearly an hour, firefighters attended to the injured worker, who fell from a 3 story building in Hillcrest.
The construction accident occurred at around 8:30 at an ongoing construction site on Fifth and Brookes Avenue. Using a pulley system, the man was lifted from the roof and then placed back onto the ground. According to the fire department, the worker injured his ankle during the fell. However, no further reports have been provided regarding the man’s injuries or hospitalization.
