An accident that took place on Monday Afternoon has killed a sailor, when the sailor lost control of his motorcycle and was then struck by a car. The motorcycle crash took place on a road just outside San Diego, on a road whose name wasn’t released. The sailor has yet to be officially identified from California Highway Patrol, but it was said that the man is still on active duty. While riding in his motorcycle, the sailor lost control and collided with another vehicle, a car, at around 5:50 pm. Paramedics arrived at the scene only to find that the man could not be revived. Fortunately, the driver of the car wasn’t injured. Officials have not released the sailor’s name pending notification of his family.
