Body Found After La Mesa Motorcycle Accident

Yesterday, motorists in La Mesa spotted the motorcycle of a man who had been injured in a Wednesday morning motorcycle accident. The man, a motorcyclist of 29 years old, was found later in an embankment that was located under a transition road. The unnamed motorcyclist was traveling west on Interstate 8, and had just entered onto the on-ramp of the exit to SR-125, at which point the accident occurred. According to reports, he took the curve of the ramp at the wrong angle and ran into a wall.
Upon impact, the motorcyclist was thrown from the vehicle over a slope on the exit. His 2008 Kawasaki motorcycle actually continued after the man fell, finally stopping hundreds of feet from where the crash took place. Unfortunately, the man was pronounced dead on the scene of the accident . The time and exact details of the accident remain unclear, but are being investigated.
