2-Vehicle Crash Ends in Early Morning Fatality

A two vehicle car crash in the Huntington Beach area resulted in the death of a 61-year-old-man. The collision occurred at 5:12 a.m. at the intersection of Main Street and Garfield Avenue when an Audi Sedan and a Chevrolet pick-up truck struck one another. The 61-year-old driver of the truck was taken to Huntington Beach Hospital where was pronounced dead. The Audi driver, 24-year-old Thomas Taylor, sustained minor injuries. He was not taken to the hospital.
