Woman Driving ATV Suffers Injuries, In Serious Condition
Jul 22nd, 2009 by RichmondJ
A woman driving an ATV is now in serious condition resulting from injuries that she received on Friday after crashing her ATV into a wall in Escondido. The woman was riding with a child on the ATV when the crash occurred. While the child escaped the crash unhurt, the woman is reported to have sustained facial injuries as well as other injuries, which remain serious. Both people involved in the accident were not wearing protective helmets when the crash took place.
In an accident such as this one, however, it is essential that the victims receive the necessary legal information regarding their case. In accidents wher a child is involved as a passenger, the legal side of passenger’s rights are also significant. If you have been involved in an accident, you should consult with a lawyer to receive the help you need. For a free consultation, contact our lawyers in San Diego at 858.909.9090.
