A cyclist traveling eastbound on a local Beyer Boulevard sidewalk was injured after crashing into a border patrol vehicle, placing him in the hospital with injuries as of Wednesday. The San Diego bicycle accident, which occurred just after 11am on Tuesday, resulted as the border patrol vehicle pulling out from a parking lot while the cyclist attempted ride in the same area, causing the collision.
