Jul 30th, 2009 by ANorman
A multiple vehicle collision that involved at least three cars blocked four southbound lanes of the southbound I-5 at Oso Parkway this morning. The crash, which included a heavy duty stake-bed truck, occurred at around 7:01 a.m. Three tow trucks were called to the scene and an ambulance was requested although the CHP did not report the extent of motorist injuries. Lanes were able to be re-opened at around 7:31 a.m.
Multiple vehicle car accidents can be very difficult to sort out, but when injuries occur, the individuals involved need to ascertain who is liable for the collision. This is largely due to the fact that serious injuries can end up costing victims both emotionally and financially. In some cases, the after affects of an accident can threaten the economic stability of the victim and their loved ones. If the collision is not their fault, they can sue the responsible party for monetary damages.
