An unhelmeted bicyclist was hospitalized after crashing his bicycle into a parked vehicle, an accident that caused the 32-year-old man major head injuries. The bicycle accident occurred in Stockton on Sunday, and the man remained hospitalized on Monday. According reports from San Diego Police, the man was riding at high speeds when he crashed into the park car. The man’s high speeds made it impossible to maneuver his bicycle around the car; that, combined with the fact that bicyclist was riding without a helmet, contributed greatly to the accident and the major head injuries that were sustained.
