San Diego Police Officer Injured After Fall

A San Diego police officer was victim to a head injury after falling in a Carmel Valley neighborhood on Wednesday. The possible slip and fall accident, which is reported to have occured around 1:30 in the 12700 block of Carmel Country Road, caused the head injury which included bleeding from the back of the police officer’s head. The police officer was escorted to Scripps Memorial Hospital following the accident, but no additional information has been provided regarding the status of his illnesses. It is also unknown what caused this possible slip and fall accident that lead to the police officer’s head injury.
