Motorcycle Accident Injures Motorcyclist in El Cajon

A motorcyclist was injured following a motorcycle accident with a pickup truck, authorities said. The motorcyclist crashed into the pickup truck as it was backing up at a location on Pepper Drive, west of Mollison Avenue in El Cajon.
California Highway Patrol reported to the scene of the motorcycle accident near San Diego, which was reported at around 8 a.m Thursday morning. The motorcyclist was transported to a local hospital in La Mesa, where he received treatments for what paramedics say was a major leg injury. The driver of the pickup truck was not injured in the accident.
